Tha Blue Herb is a Japanese alternative hip hop trio based in Sapporo, Hokkaido. They formed in 1997 and now consist of three members: Boss the MC a.k.a. Ill-Bosstino (MC), O.N.O. (producer, formerly live DJ until DJ Dye joined Tha Blue Herb in 1999) and DJ Dye (live DJ). They also run a record label called Tha Blue Herb Recordings.
James Hadfield of The Japan Times described Tha Blue Herb as "the Company Flow of Japanese hip-hop."
Beside releasing several albums and singles as the group, O.N.O. also released solo works, while Ill-Bosstino participated in Herbest Moon (with producer Wachall) and Japanese Synchro System (with producer Calm) and also worked with DJ Krush and Audio Active amongst others.

Nakano Fujo Sisters is a Japanese female idol group. Currently, they are not working and are only active as “Fudao Juku”, the figure they dressed as men.
This is the “Otaku Idol Unit” that pops out of the variety show “Hanawa Record“ Nakanofu Sisters ”” by ShowTime and GyaO on Internet TV.
Formed on September 8, 2006. The producer is “Jazzy Hanawa”, which is an entertainer ’s habit, and is considered a “far relative” on the setting. The catch phrase is "Otaku idol born from Nakano". “Nakano” here refers to Nakano Broadway. Abbreviations are “N-style S” and “724”. The latter is a numerical version of Nakano Fujo Sisters.

Crane is a trio of "Tsurugashima Nishi Junior High School" classmates from Tsurugashima City, Saitama Prefecture. Each member had taken part in another band before they were active in a same band. When the bands of each other disbanded, they gathered and formed a crane in 2003.
The band name is decided immediately on Tsurugashima's initial "Tsuru". From the spring of the same year, the live performances were held in Shimokitazawa and Shinjuku, and it was a hot performance that involves audiences with the 70s fashion of Afro and Kimo shirt (named by Tsuru).

"Good Times Roll" is a song by American rock band The Cars. It is the first track from their 1978 debut album The Cars. With its slow, lumbering rhythm, the track became a modest hit when it was released as a single in 1979. It has since appeared on many of The Cars' compilation albums.
The track was produced by Roy Thomas Baker. Written and sung by Cars lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Ric Ocasek, it was released as the album's third single. Ocasek wrote the song as a sarcastic commentary on the good times in rock music, saying, "That was my song about what the good times in rock ‘n’ roll really mean, instead of what they’re supposed to be. It was kind of a parody of good times, really. It was kinda like not about good times at all."
"Good Times Roll", along with the rest of the tracks from The Cars, was recorded in just two weeks. However, the album's chart success was so long-lived that the release of its follow-up, 1979's Candy-O, was delayed.
The song begins with electronic drums and a guitar riff, soon joined by Ocasek's lead vocals and synthesizers by keyboardist Greg Hawkes. Despite the up-tempo-sounding title, "Good Times Roll" is a mid-tempo song, with a beat described as "languid," "psychedelic" and "creepy." March 27, 2009 DaizyStripper performed live in Kanazawa, stylish wave Circuit '09 Haru no Arashi. On June 3, their single "Dearest" was released and reached the third position at indies Oricon chart. They and many other visual kei band members sing and perform charity songs such as "ひとつだけ～We are The One～" for disaster victims. On June 15, 2011 their 7th single "Kiss You" and June 29, their 3rd album Bless was released. Their 8th single "Tsuki ni Juusei" released on September 7. In October, their 4th album Siren was released. In November, DaizyStripper held their first-ever overseas tour in Taiwan. On November 2, their 9th single "Setsubō no Freesia" was released and was used as the theme song for the anime Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal. It reached number 20 on the Oricon singles chart, their highest ranking so far. Their fourth album, "Air", was released on January 11, 2012. They performed 5×Starz Attack live at Yokohama Blitz on January 21. DaizyStripper performed at Animethon19 in the city of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on August 11 as part of their 5th Anniversary tour.

DaizyStripper (デイジーストリッパー, DeijīSutorippā) is a five-member Japanese visual kei rock band that formed in March 2007, and is signed onto the indie label Beyond-Max. DaizyStripper also has an alter-ego band called Frantic Emiry.
DaizyStripper was founded in March 2007 with the line-up of: Yugiri (ex-Altema) on vocals, Mayu (ex-Clavier) on guitar, Nao (ex-Trick) on guitar, Rei (ex-Clavier) on bass, and Kazami (ex-Clavier and former Lareine roadie and support member) on drums. They would spend three months writing songs and rehearsing, and on June 5 the band had their demonstration live at Takadanobaba Area.
Their debut live was on June 18 at Shibuya O-West. This led into a string of four lives, starting on June 24 at Liquid Room Abisu and ending on July 16 at Takadanobaba Area. On August 2 DaizyStripper was one of many bands performing in the "Scuber Dive ~Shibuya ga Taihen~" mega-event, they played at Shibuya O-Crest. A little more than two weeks later, on the 18th, the group participated in Guy's Family's sponsored event "Guy's Party Vol.3" at Liquid Room Ebisu.
On August 23 the group held their first sponsored event called "SakuranStrip" at Takadanobaba Area. At this live they distributed their one and only self-titled demo CD. The two track demo contained: "Dandelion", which was re-recorded and used as their debut single and "Black Dropper", which was later re-recorded and placed on their first album Birth. "DaizyStripper" was limited to the number of customers that day.
2008 started with two events in January, the first of which was the "J SHOCK '08 New Year's PARTY" on the 20th at Liquid Room Ebisu and the second was the Rk presents37 "Ikemen☆Paradise" on the 31st at Shibuya O-West. On February 13 DaizyStripper released their debut single "Dandelion". It was released in a CD+DVD only format, and allotted to 1,000 copies. This was also only available to purchase at four select Like an Edison stores and at their lives. The single reached No. 10 on the indies Oricon charts and has since sold out.

Somewhat of an Anthology is a limited edition compact disc on the Dacoit label (catalog number 120101) that compiles material from throughout the Slickee Boys' career. With the exception of one live song, every cut on the CD had previously been released, albeit many of them on vinyl records pressed in small numbers (e.g. Separated Vegetables, the band's first long-player had an initial pressing of only 100 copies). This collection showcases the songwriting talents of the band's rotating membership over the years. It also includes cover versions of songs originally recorded by the Afrika Korps, Buddy Holly, and Alice Cooper.
This album won the 2002 Rock Recording of the Year at the Wammies, the Washington Area Music Association's annual awards show.

Rolly Teranishi or ROLLY (September 6, 1963 -) is a Japanese entertainer, musician, music producer.
Teranishi is well-recognized as the lead guitarist and vocalist of the Japanese rock band, Scanch (すかんち Sukanchi). Scanch continued until 1996. Once Scanch broke up, Rolly pursued his solo musical career and also acting.
Outside of Japan, Teranishi is known almost entirely for his role as Genesis in the Japanese thriller Suicide Circle (2002). He is in the movies Iden & Tity, Swallowtail, Get It On?. He also made an appearance as "Yaha" in the PlayStation 2 game Drag-on Dragoon 2.
Teranishi is a fan of Tim Burton and his works as a movie director; he owns a costume of his favorite Tim Burton character, Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas. Being a big fan of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, he has made several appearances in the stage performances in Japan as Dr. Frank-N-Furter. Other stage performances include the role of Captain Hook in Peter Pan and the Fox and the Conceited Man in Le Petit Prince. His most recent stage role was in the first Japanese production of Tommy, playing the parts of Cousin Kevin and the Pinball Wizard.
2006 was the 15th-year anniversary of Scanch. All the members of Scanch reunited for two concerts that occurred on March 10 and March 17. It was also released on CD (Scanch’n’Roll Show II).
Teranishi starred in a TV show called Rock Fujiyama alongside Marty Friedman, ex-lead guitarist of the thrash metal band Megadeth. Rolly also appears in his own television show Rolly Kingdom every two weeks and also co-hosts KKTV, a family show that airs every Saturday night.
He has also contributed to the soundtrack of Kamen Rider Agito for his performance of the third ending theme "Deep Breath." This was the second song that he performed as the lead vocalist for Rider Chips, after being featured as a vocalist on "Power Child."

Takahiro "Tak" Matsumoto ( Matsumoto Takahiro, born on March 27, 1961 in Toyonaka, Osaka) is a Grammy Award-winning Japanese guitarist, producer, arranger, composer, singer and songwriter. In addition to being the guitarist and lead composer for the rock duo B'z, the best-selling music act in their native Japan, he has also had a successful solo career. He is only the fifth guitarist in the world to have his own Gibson signature model guitar. The instrumental album Take Your Pick (2010) made in collaboration with Larry Carlton won an award for the Best Pop Instrumental Album at the 53rd Grammy Awards.
Matsumoto was inspired to pick a guitar at an age of 13 when for the first time listened to Eric Clapton's playing on The Beatles song "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". Reportedly he bought his first electric guitar at age of 15, a Japanese Gibson Les Paul after hearing Deep Purple's guitarist Ritchie Blackmore play "Smoke on the Water on live album Made in Japan. Matsumoto has said over the years that he has many favorite artists, from whom he has drawn much inspiration, from hard rock particularly such as Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith and Van Halen. He has also cited a love of classical music, which was the catalyst for the incorporation of strings into many B'z compositions. He has also worked with Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra for many years, and their work often appears on many of the earlier B'z albums.
Matsumoto's attended jazz school, but when he started working as a session musician, and supporting tours like TM Network, his musicianship was cemented. His exposure to a myriad of styles helped him to meld his own unique blend, incorporating elements of his jazz training, blues (his incorporation of the style known as "Kansai Blues" is well known), classical, heavy metal, rock, and ska. Matsumoto's continued his session work throughout the early and mid-1980s with acts such as Mari Hamada until deciding to jump on the emerging solo instrumental trend catching on in Japan at that time. He recorded solo album "Thousand Wave" and worked with future globe headliner Tetsuya Komuro as a touring guitarist for Komuro's band TM Network. "99", a simple instrumental incorporating some blistering fretwork, is considered one of his finest works.
